Pik-20 Parts in Europe maybe? by
WAVEGURU
So far I've had little luck finding any replacement parts for my
abused Pik project here in the USA. It looks like I'll need rudder
pedals, stick, trim, flap mechanism, and all of the linkages for the
cockpit. Does anybody else in the world have any Pik salvage with
usable parts?

Heros by
fred
A well respected and well liked glider pilot has been promoted to hero
status in my opinion. The busiest pilot I know is now fighting fires
600 miles from home. He is allowed two minutes of phone time each day.
I was a Firefighter long ago and I know what it is like to work a
disaster for 24 hours...

Danish Soaring Society DSvU discussion forum closed! by
Lars Peder Hansen
Dear RAS'ers: This is a warning.
Lately, there has been a bitter personal feud between a small handful of
persons in the management of the Danish Soaring Society (DSvU), and a few
fellow pilots. It seems that no one is able to explain exactly what they are
arguing about, but this has not...

Ken Kochanski (KK)
One of our club members is using a GPSMAP195 to log flights ... but it
does not record altitude info in the b-record. I looked at the
manual, but could not see anything specifically in setup that would
cause/fix this. Anybody had the same issue ... or know what to fix.
