She pays minimnal taxes because the neocons set the tax code so the very
wealthy pay nothing. Blame yourself, no one else.



Do you really believe this nonsense? The wealthy can afford the best tax
advise and so are able to better avoid taxes. The top rate is 35% but Mrs.
Heinz only paid a fraction of that last year and nothing her husband has
offered to do would change that.

And why do you insist on using the neocon label when you can't even
accurately define it?
