For this particular case I was looking for more ground detail that the sectional chart in skyvector provides.

TFRs on Google Earth?
As GliderCZ pointed out, my website at http://www.soaringdata.info does this.
- Select the TFRs tab - Follow the link to the query form - Enter a center airport and a radius to define the area of interest - select Google Earth KML format for the output .... and download a KML file containing all the TFRs in the area that can be opened in Google Earth. It is all free and freely redistributable. Lynn Alley "2KA"
