FYI,
The Tost catalog for winch launching specifically calls for a max parachute diameter of 2 meters (78 3/4 inch)and a max length of 4 meters. That is for steel wire, Synthetic line winching parachutes are 1.5 meters, these may be fine, but if an operation is using Tost products and information as a guide, could be important.
